Howdy Y'all! We are glad you are grazing at our site!

My family and I started this ranching adventure in 2019. Things changed for us in 2020, as it did for many others after COVID-19 hit America. We heard and felt concerns from friends, family, and neighbors in the community, as there were times when the grocery stores did not have meat available. At that point, the Lord led us to start producing beef directly to consumers. After taking some classes at the University of Tennessee, my wife and I became certified Master Beef Producers. We also completed the Beef Quality Assurance training from the Tennessee Cattleman's Association. Our first year, we only fed four families; NOW our beef has been on families' tables in 7 states! We are currently grazing cattle on about 135 acres owned or leased in the lush, rolling, green pastures on the western slopes of the Appalachian Mountains in East Tennessee, where our Texas Longhorns grow and thrive.
